We never truly recognize our own changes until something unexpectedly touches our minds.
I once thought that my student life passed like the melody of a symphony, with many high and low notes. Only when hearing the final note did I realize that this journey had truly come to a close. And I found countless small pieces that have formed the maturity I possess today.
One piece comes from the Youth Union – Student Association, where I was able to live the way I wanted, where I found friends, younger siblings, older brothers and sisters. From strangers who did not know one another, somehow we became connected, trained together, and developed together. This place taught me how to love, to expand my tolerance, and to set aside my ego. It taught me that living for others is the greatest happiness in life.
Another piece comes from the pages of notebooks and the lines of knowledge that, over the past 3.5 years, our lecturers have strived to impart to us every day. From the very first days stepping through the university gates, I received love, care, support, and dedicated guidance from the lecturers of FAIE. Especially the lecturers of the Economic Law major, with their dedication, passion for the profession, and affection for students. They equipped me with a solid foundation to confidently move toward the future. MB Vu Thi Thanh Huyen – the academic advisor of our class – always accompanied us throughout the journey, caring for and resolving every difficulty of the class. The subject lecturers were always ready to deliver the best knowledge to us.
Especially during the days of conducting Scientific Research, the final step in completing my student journey, I will never forget the wholehearted support from MB Huynh Thi Nhu Hieu – Head of the Business and Commerce Division, which enabled me to achieve the best possible results as expected. Thanks to the invaluable guidance from my lecturers, today I can confidently state in interviews that I am a student of Lac Hong University.
And the final piece comes from PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of FAIE – a lecturer, a leader, an outstanding manager beyond comparison.
After 5 years, 10 years, even 20 or 30 years from now, I may not remember everything that my lecturers taught me during my time at the University. However, I will certainly always remember this saying of his: “Act to become good; do not wait until you are good to act.” He is the lecturer who gave me faith in victory, illuminated my hopes and aspirations, and always helped me see my own value in serving others. Thank you, Lac Hong University, for being the place that nurtures the green seeds of our nation.
