On December 11, LHU and Hanoi University of Industry signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on training management and scientific research including the extensive development of activities related to training, innovation and technology transfer, education quality assurance and accreditation.

Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the two sides expressed their beliefs on a strong and effective cooperation in strategic fields in the near future.
The cooperation agreement includes the following key points:
1. Collaboration in developing undergraduate and postgraduate programs, co-teaching collaborative programs, mutual recognition of credit values, and serving as a basis for student and learner exchange in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Business and Management, Foreign Languages, and Tourism;
2. Coordination in organizing specialized training and faculty exchange;
3. Collaboration in scientific research, co-participatory research projects, organizing national and international scientific conferences and workshops;
4. Collaboration in facilities for teaching and scientific research;
5. Support, consultation, and transfer of software related to data system construction and management; design, measurement, evaluation of outcome standards to ensure the quality assurance and accreditation of training programs and training facilities;
6. Collaboration in exchanging data in quality assurance activities to implement comparisons of quality-related indicators between the two universities to develop solutions, improve the quality of education, scientific research, and community service.
