Free health check, medicine distribution and gift giving for difficult people

On August 18, 2024, LHU's Youth Union - Student Association coordinated with Long Chau Pharmacy, Vinh Cuu district Young Doctors' Club and Thien Tan commune's Youth Union to organize a program of free medical examination, medicine distribution and gift giving for 100 households in difficult circumstances in hamlet 6 and 7, Thien Tan commune, Vinh Cuu district.

This program is part of a series of humanitarian and social security activities to promote the spirit of volunteering for community health.

This practical activity was also accompanied by LHU's Union members, youth, and students of the Faculty of Pharmacy as young pharmacists, medical staff, affirming their important roles in health care for people in difficult circumstances.

Over the years, humanitarian medical examination and treatment has become an annual activity of the LHU Youth Union - Student Association and units, benefactors, bringing practical social significance, helping people with difficult circumstances access medical services and raise awareness for health care.

On this occasion, in addition to the free medical check-ups and medicines, the program awarded many gifts to support poor people.
